Come on out to Hawktion 2012 and dance the night away to the sounds of the B Street Band. Also new this year Bid Pal and food by Carlino's.

Our chaircouple, Jon and Christine Robbins, look forward to hosting you for what is the best Prep party of the year and also the school’s biggest fundraiser. Here are some logistical items for you:

• The evening begins at 6:30 p.m., with registration in the Ignatian Room. Please enter through the main doors off of 18th Street and proceed through the Sauter Dining Room.
• When you register, you will receive a BidPal device which will allow you to bid electronically. For more information on the BidPal devices, click here.
• The attire for the evening is “casual chique,” a combination of casual and formal dress. For men, that might mean button down shirts with a jacket but no ties required. For women, it could mean flowing dresses, khakis or a casual skirt and a nice blouse or blue jeans and pearls. For tips, click here.
• After live bidding is over (around 9:30 p.m.), the legendary B Street Band will begin its set. This is a first for Hawktion and we are excited to bring them to you. Known as the top Springsteen cover band around, we know they will help make Hawktion 2012 memorable. To hear "Jungleland" by the B Street Band, click here.
• Hors d’oeuvres will be provided by Carlino’s Speciality Foods in Ardmore. Carlino’s will provide fantastic Italian tastes to satisfy even the most critical foodie.
